Refund policy

If a plug-in or app isn't for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask for one

Email support@dnftd.net within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the receipt. You don't need to give a reason.

What happens next

• Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, so the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with.
• I process refunds as soon as I see your email. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• After a refund, please uninstall the software and delete the download. Each app has an Uninstall button that removes it from Final Cut Pro.

After 14 days

If something stops working after the 14 days, write anyway. I'd rather fix it, and if I can't make it work on your Mac, we'll sort it out.
