These terms cover buying and using the plug-ins and apps sold on apps.dnftd.net. The site and the software are made by Duvan Prieto (“I”, “me”). By buying or using the software, you agree to these terms.

Who sells it

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and download link. Lemon Squeezy's own terms also apply at checkout.

Your license

• Each purchase gives one person a license to use the software on the Macs they work on, for personal or client work.
• You may not resell, share or redistribute the software, its installers or license keys.
• The software stays mine; you're buying the right to use it, not the software itself.

Updates

When a new version comes out, the app lets you know. What a version includes is described on its product page.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See the refund policy.

Requirements and support

Each product page lists what the software needs (macOS version, Mac, Final Cut Pro). Please check before you buy. For help, email support@dnftd.net.

No warranty

I test every release on real projects, but the software is provided “as is”. Keep backups of your Final Cut Pro libraries. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for lost work, lost profits or other indirect damages, and my total liability is limited to what you paid for the software.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase.
